You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in its original packaging
• You must provide your order number

💰 Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

🚨 Defective or Wrong Item?

If you received a defective item or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.
